Would you like to be a member of our Unified Global Alternatives (UGA) business and support our Investment Structuring team? Do you want to develop your alternative investments expertise?We are looking for someone like that to focus on:
• reviewing fund documents and preparing due diligence reports
• negotiating better terms / rights for our clients and advocating for their interests
• structuring co-investments, fund-of-ones and managed accounts for our clients
• general support for investments into private funds (e.g. private credit, hedge fund, and other strategies)
