A Market Director is responsible for the day-to-day management and business growth of one or multiple locations within a market. They drive business goals and manage the development of Financial Advisors for the locations to which they are aligned. The Market Director is also responsible for compliance, regulatory and supervisory issues alongside managing a set of personal clients.• Run regular sales meetings, assist with implementing growth initiatives, evaluate progress and create action plans to address underperformance
• Monitor FA and client activity, ensuring that compliance meets with regulations and manage all client issues
• Manage and resolve all escalated issues, including those that are financial, reputational, compliance, supervisory, operational and HR Governance risks
• May serve as Financial Advisor to personal clients whilst managing market responsibilities
