The Banking CRA Lending & Investments Lead is responsible for:• sourcing, evaluating, structuring, and managing CRA-qualified lending and investment activities
• primary focus on affordable housing and Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) investments
• partner with CRA Officer and internal stakeholders to support the Bank's CRA strategy
• achieve CRA performance objectives
• maintain safe and sound risk management practices
