Are you interested in developing your career in Wealth Management Operations and contributing to an outstanding client experience?As a Client Onboarding Intern, you will support the onboarding and account opening processes for clients of UBS International Wealth Management (IWM) in Brazil. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure the quality, accuracy, and completeness of client information and documentation, helping to deliver efficient and compliant onboarding solutions.
We are looking for an intern to:
• supporting client onboarding and account opening activities
• reviewing, processing, and maintaining client documentation and records
• ensuring accurate data capture and updates in internal systems
• assisting with day-to-day operational processes and controls
• collaborating with business partners and support functions to address onboarding requests
• contributing to process efficiency while maintaining high standards of quality and risk awareness
