Can you handle multiple priorities with energy and enthusiasm? Do you want to work closely with senior management across the Business Division and help drive the business forward?:• Support senior management governance, oversight and control responsibilities by leading governance activities, coordinate management committees, risk assessments and control effectiveness monitoring.
• Own the preparation, interpretation and presentation of management information, financial performance & risk metrics, providing insight and challenge to support executive decision-making.
• Lead the coordination and delivery of strategic initiatives, governance programmes, regulatory deliverables and audit activities, ensuring alignment with business objectives and risk appetite.
• Partner with stakeholders, work with HR, Legal, Compliance, Business Risk, Finance and IT to align on priorities and outcomes.
• Provide oversight of internal and external outsourcing governance frameworks, ensuring effective supervision arrangements and regulatory compliance.
• Support the priorities and strategic goals of the business and key initiatives.
• Drive effective collaboration with stakeholders across Business Divisions and Group Functions.
• Champion opportunities to adopt best practices and assist in identifying and enhancing processes and procedures.
• Oversee issue management, support investigations and actions which manage risk to the business.
• Oversee intra and end of day control reporting and risk limits, ensuring accuracy and resolution is completed on a timely basis.
