As a Food Service Foreman, you will supervise and inspire a team of dedicated Food Service Workers, ensuring every customer receives an exceptional dining experience. You will drive operational excellence, develop associates, and create a culture of accountability, teamwork, and outstanding customer service.

What You'll Do
As a Food Service Foreman, you will:
- Lead and motivate a team committed to delivering exceptional customer service
- Create and manage schedules that align with customer demand and business needs
- Execute daily and weekly operational plans to meet sales and performance goals
- Coach, mentor, and develop associates to achieve individual and team success
- Promote a positive, customer-centric culture throughout the restaurant
- Address and resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally
- Monitor operational standards, food safety, and quality expectations
- Utilize business insights to identify opportunities and improve performance
- Foster accountability through clear expectations and performance management
- Ensure every customer is greeted with a welcoming attitude and genuine hospitality

Qualifications

- Minimum 6 months of food service supervisory experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong leadership and team-building abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to learn and adapt to changing technology
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence
