Job Description

The Product Marketing Manager will play a critical role in driving the success of EQO® Talent Attraction Platform, with a particular focus on enabling our customers and partners to drive user adoption of VONQ through their solutions. 

This position is responsible for understanding the market landscape, end-user requirements, and partner enablement strategies. You will work cross-functionally with product, sales, marketing and partner teams to develop and execute marketing strategies that position our products effectively and empower partners to sell to their customer base. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Partner Enablement: Design and execute partner enablement programs, including training materials, sales collateral, and go-to-market strategies to equip partners with the knowledge and tools they need to successfully promote and sell our products. 
• Product Launches: Lead go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature updates. Work with product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure successful launch execution and alignment across all channels. 
• Product Positioning & Messaging: Develop compelling product positioning, value propositions, and messaging that clearly communicates how our solutions address customer pain points and differentiate us from competitors. 
• Sales Support & Collateral Creation: Collaborate with the sales team to create and deliver sales support materials such as product presentations, white papers, case studies, and demos to drive engagement with prospects and customers. 
• Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor the success of product marketing efforts by tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting on product adoption, partner success, and overall campaign performance. 
• Content Creation & Thought Leadership: Develop content for various channels, including blog posts, webinars, and white papers that highlight industry trends, product innovations, basic design skills and understanding, and our unique value proposition. Position the company as a thought leader in recruitment technology. 
• Competitive Analysis: Stay up to date with competitors in the recruitment technology space and perform regular competitive analyses. Use findings to inform product development, marketing tactics, and partner strategies. 
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product management, sales, and marketing teams to ensure alignment on product strategy, messaging, and campaign execution. Provide insights and support to drive both product adoption and revenue growth. 
• AI tools and capabilities: Use AI tools to support market research, competitive analysis, content creation, and partner enablement. Identify and implement AI-assisted workflows that reduce repetitive tasks and improve marketing efficiency, while ensuring accuracy and consistency with VONQ’s messaging.

Qualifications 

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 
• 3-5 years experience in product marketing, preferably within the SaaS or recruitment technology space. 
• Strong understanding of the recruitment industry and the needs of HR professionals and hiring teams. 
• Experience with partner enablement, B2B marketing, and sales enablement strategies. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a talent for crafting clear, concise, and compelling messaging. 
• Strong project management skills and ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to analyze market data, identify trends, and apply insights to product and marketing strategies. 
• Familiarity with marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, etc.). 
• Proficiency in English; additional European languages are a plus. 

Interview Process

1. Recruiter Screen (20 min): Initial alignment on experience, salary expectations, and role fit.
2. First-Round Interview (45 min): Deep dive into role-specific experience and core competencies.
3. Stakeholder Introduction (30 min): Conversation with a key cross-functional lead.
4. Case Presentation (1 hour): Presentation of a practical assignment to a cross-functional panel.
5. Team Meet & Greet (30 min): Informal introduction to the marketing team.
6. Background Check: Reference and background verification prior to an offer.
