Do you enjoy taking ownership, working with different stakeholders and contributing to a variety of topics in a fast-paced environment?We’re looking for a Junior Product Management & Project Specialist to support the Head Product Management within the Investments Operating Office in the management of key expert functions and project-related activities across the Real Estate DACH platform.
Your responsibilities will include:
• supporting the Valuation Office in the coordination, preparation and review of valuations, analyses and reporting activities
• assisting with valuation-related data management, quality controls and management presentations
• supporting the Insurance Function in the administration, monitoring and coordination of insurance matters across the real estate portfolio
• maintaining and reviewing insurance-related documentation and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
• preparing analyses, reports, presentations and decision-making materials for management, governance bodies and senior stakeholders
• supporting operational and administrative activities within Product Services and the Investments Operating Office
• assisting in the planning, coordination and execution of strategic and operational projects
• monitoring project progress, milestones, action items and stakeholder deliverables
• contributing to process improvement initiatives, automation efforts and the implementation of best practices
• supporting oversight and governance activities to ensure transparency, quality and compliance with internal requirements
• collaborating closely with product management, investment teams, finance, risk, external consultants and service providers
• taking responsibility for assigned workstreams and driving tasks independently from initiation to completion
