Do you excel at driving results across the full project lifecycle—while balancing scope, cost, quality, and stakeholder expectations?We are seeking a results-driven Construction Project Manager to lead construction and renovation projects across our branch real estate portfolio. This role is responsible for managing the full project lifecycle—from planning through execution, monitoring & controlling, and closeout—ensuring delivery aligns with defined scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk objectives.
You will serve as the central point of accountability, coordinating cross-functional teams and external vendors to deliver high-quality built environments that meet business, operational, and regulatory requirements.
What You Will Do:
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, execution, and closeout
- Manage scope, schedule, and budget to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
- Serve as primary contact for stakeholders; lead meetings and provide status reporting
- Oversee contractors, vendors, procurement, and contract compliance
- Coordinate construction activities, ensuring quality, safety, and design alignment
- Identify and mitigate risks while ensuring regulatory and safety compliance
- Track financial performance, approve invoices, and manage change orders
- Drive project closeout, including final inspections and lessons learned to drive continued improvement
