This position is on the Digital Product Development team, responsible for building, enhancing, and supporting critical applications and systems. The role focuses on delivering scalable software solutions, improving product functionality, and maintaining application reliability through continuous improvement and production support.What You'll Do:
- Design, develop, test, and implement scalable Java-based applications and services
- Partner with product teams, business stakeholders, and engineers to translate requirements into effective technical solutions
- Contribute to system design, application architecture, and technology decisions that support long-term product strategy
- Lead complex development efforts and provide technical guidance across applications and integrated systems
- Mentor developers on technical design, coding standards, and engineering best practices
- Participate in code reviews, design reviews, and solution discussions to ensure quality, maintainability, and scalability
- Support production stability through troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and issue resolution
- Identify opportunities to enhance application performance, modernize technology, and drive continuous improvement
- Contribute to the adoption and integration of AI-enabled capabilities, automation, and data-driven solutions where appropriate
