(GA-ASI), an affiliate of General Atomics, is a world leader in proven, reliable remotely piloted aircraft and tactical reconnaissance radars, as well as advanced high-resolution surveillance systems.With general supervision, this position is responsible for performing contract and/or procurement analysis to ensure compliance to regulations, contractual requirements and Company policy.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyzes data and situations, and develops solutions; contributes on actions to be taken.
- Compiles and analyzes data to identify trends and recommend areas for process improvement; develops appropriate electronic and hard copy reports and records.
- May participate in the development, implementation and audit of policies, procedures and associated documentation; ensures compliance with appropriate statutes, regulations and Company practices.
- Represents the organization on specific projects and frequently interacts with internal and external customers and audit agencies.
- Maintains the strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Responsible for observing all laws, regulations and other applicable obligations wherever and whenever business is conducted on behalf of the Company. Expected to work in a safe manner in accordance with established operating procedures and practices.
