Main Responsibilities:

• Customer Orders (processing, modification and cancelation) for finished goods and spare parts. 
• Open orders and shipment status tracking 
• Commercial Return including issuance of Credit & Debit Note 
• Customer enquiry - receive and response to communication (both telephone and email) from customers; 
• Local inventory management (Returns) 
• Back-office support – Local Buying days, MyEssilorLuxottica.com platform, sales events etc. 
• Customer master Data management – Create, revised and maintenance of CMD 

Main Requirements:

• Diploma or above. 

• Previous experience in a customer support role 

• Strong writing and verbal communication skills 

• Familiarity with SAP & CRM systems and practices (advance) 

• Ability to multi-task & fast learner, set priorities and manage time effectively. 

• Familiar with Microsoft Office (Words/ Power point & Excel with formula) 
• Strong communication skills in English for liaising with corporate teams and Mandarin for coordinating with factory personnel to ensure smooth and timely shipments.
