Responsible for leading project planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring activities across Abu Dhabi Ports projects. Manages integrated project schedules, evaluates progress and performance, identifies risks and delays, and implements mitigation measures to ensure successful project delivery. Provides schedule analysis, forecasting, reporting, and project controls leadership while coordinating with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
