Projects Control Manager (Cost Engineering)

WSP Middle East Limited – Dubai Branch is seeking a seasoned Projects Control Manager (Cost Engineering) for its AE Maritime department (AE013718‑T&I‑01). The role drives cost planning, budgeting, forecasting and cost control across Abu Dhabi Ports projects, monitors financial performance against approved budgets, manages change and cost risks, and delivers accurate reporting and analysis to support strategic decision‑making. The successful candidate will work closely with project, commercial and client teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and in line with contractual and governance requirements. Lead cost planning, budgeting, forecasting and control for Abu Dhabi Ports projects, ensuring financial performance, risk management and compliance while collaborating with project, commercial and client teams to deliver within budget.
