Job Profile Summary

The Marketing Digital Specialist supports the coordinated execution of global digital marketing campaigns delivered through the ECS Center of Excellence. Working under the guidance of the manager, the role uploads, builds, schedules, tests and quality-checks campaign assets across email automation, content management and other digital platforms. The role also supports campaign tracking, website updates, project administration and cross-functional coordination, ensuring work is completed accurately, consistently and in line with global brand, naming and workflow standards.

What you will be doing at Arrow

• Execute digital marketing campaigns across email, web, and content platforms.
• Maintain brand consistency and ensure all digital assets meet quality standards.
• Build, schedule, and test email campaigns and audience segmentations.
• Update website content and perform basic site audits.
• Ensure accurate tracking, tagging, and reporting alignment with global standards.
• Support campaign delivery by coordinating with cross‑functional teams.
• Manage project hours and workflows in alignment with global project management processes.
• Collaborate with global teams, uphold team values, and contribute to innovation and best‑practice development.

What we are looking for

• Fluent English speaker with 2 to 3 years’ experience in the same role
• Experience supporting marketing campaign execution within a marketing team, agency, internal shared service, Center of Excellence or demand center environment.
• Practical experience using email marketing or marketing automation platforms, such as Eloqua, and content management systems, such as Umbraco.
• Experience working with project or work management platforms, such as Workfront, including accurate time and task tracking.
• Basic understanding of digital campaign tracking, audience segmentation, quality assurance and reporting requirements.
