We are looking for Field Sales Representativer to join our dynamic sales team in Arrow ECS Spain (https://www.arrow.com/ecs/es/).

As a Field Sales Representative at Arrow, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers, as well as identifying future opportunities within the business of our Networking Portfolio.

You are proactive and easy-going person with knowledge and experience in IT and you are passionate about technology. Additionally, you are self-motivated and business oriented.

Your responsibilities:

• Working within an assigned account base to grow and develop the business, expanding market share and maximizing Arrow’s share of customer spend.
• Defining critical markets in the assigned sales territory, utilizing sales methodologies to develop key relationships ensuring a strong foundation for solution selling.
• Responsible for achieving monthly, quarterly and yearly revenue targets in the assigned account base
• Maintaining and promoting relationships with customer contacts responsible for design opportunities and dealing with existing business challenges.
• Developing strategic account plans for the assigned accounts.
• Maintaining an acceptable knowledge on our competitors and the marketplace
• Taking ownership and managing account issues and complaints within your account base.
• Prioritizing time on the largest growth opportunities within the account base.

Your profile:

• 2-3 years of similar experience, with a can-do attitude, focused and determined
• Availability to occasional business travel
• Sales driven, customer focused
• Creative mindset, able to think out-of-the-box, strive for win-win solution selling
• Well organized and consistently meets commitments
• Ability to work under pressure
• Collaborative approach, ability to work as part of a team
• Technology enthusiast, solid knowledge of IT landscape and current technologies
• Well-developed interpersonal and communication, problem solving, diplomacy and influencing skills

Your competencies and experience:

• Proven work experience in business development or account management.
• Educated to degree level with experience in related business
• Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Fluency in both Spanish, English will be an asset
• Good presentation and analytical skills
