Minimum Requirements
- Minimum education: Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or equivalent.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Must be available for the full 12-week program, as attendance and participation throughout are essential for training and performance evaluation.
- Must have the legal right to work in Malaysia. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
Essential Capabilities and Requirements
- Basic understanding of computer hardware and technology concepts.
- Basic understanding of mathematical and computational concepts.
- Interest in technology and a desire to build a career in data centre operations.
- Ability to learn technical concepts and follow documented procedures accurately.
- Ability to lift up to 20 kg, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces, as required.
- Ability to work a rotating 24/7 roster, including weekends, night shifts, and public holidays.
- Access to reliable transportation for travel to data centres.

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is expanding rapidly, and we are looking for aspiring Data Centre Technicians to join our Infrastructure Operations team through our 12-week Trainee Program. • 12-week structured development program combining hands-on operational experience, technical training, mentorship, and career development opportunities to accelerate your growth. • 2 weeks of classroom-based training, followed by 10 weeks of practical, on-the-job training at our data centres, learning alongside experienced industry professionals. • Fully paid 12-week trainee program, with the opportunity to be considered for a full-time, permanent position upon successful completion.
