Production Chemist

Job Requirements:
Plan shifts and align with other shift leads;
* Manage the shift by delegating duties, assigning tasks, monitoring task execution, and following up
with all team members.
* Conduct operational warehousing and production (bulk (un-)loading, filling, mixing and blending)
activities within the respective shifts.
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality guidelines during the respective shifts.
- Execute selected administrative activities related to the shift work.
- Lead small team of operators in warehousing and production.
Job qualification/experience
- Degree in Science / Chemistry / Biotechnology / or any related field.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in production / laboratory and/or R&D environment.
- Strict compliance to chemicals standards and guidelines.
- Organized in documentation.
- Able to supervise and train production workers.
- Good knowledge in the act of quality, safety, environmental and health.
- Good teamplayer and able to work independently.
