Lead and manage the kitchen team,
Develop menus( Brand/Local)
Oversee buffe & à la carte operations
Control food cost, hygiene standards, and kitchen operations
Work in collaboration with F&B leadership

Profile

Proven experience as Sous Chef in a hotel
Strong knowledge of buffet and à la carte kitchen operations
Able to communicate effectively in English
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Passion for quality, consistency, and team development
Open to Lao citizens
