Senior Manufacturing Engineer

We are looking for a talented Sr. Manufacturing Engineer to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our Corporate organization in North Charleston, SC.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

Lead manufacturing projects from planning through implementation, ensuring safety requirements, production goals, business objectives, and product specifications are successfully achieved.
Improve manufacturing performance by applying engineering expertise and manufacturing best practices to optimize equipment, processes, and production efficiency.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives that reduce waste, increase productivity, enhance quality, and support operational excellence.
Establish and standardize manufacturing methods and procedures that promote consistency, efficiency, and compliance with company standards.
Influence key business leaders, stakeholders, and external partners to gain alignment, remove barriers, and ensure project success.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external resources to deliver manufacturing projects on time, within scope, and with measurable business value.
Leverage advanced manufacturing knowledge to solve complex production challenges and implement innovative solutions that improve operations.
Build strong relationships and coach stakeholders across the organization, fostering collaboration, capability development, and long-term manufacturing success.
