Senior Producer - Entertainment Ad Sales, Brand Solutions

* Job Summary
This role is part of the Impact Solutions team (HSM) within Entertainment Ad Sales, supporting high-impact properties across the Hindi entertainment portfolio. The incumbent will be responsible for developing and executing creative, content-led brand integration opportunities rooted in show narratives, consumer insights, cultural moments and advertiser objectives. The role involves working closely with frontline sales, programming, production, marketing, creative agencies and other internal stakeholders to translate brand briefs into compelling, feasible and differentiated entertainment solutions.
The individual should have a strong creative mindset, excellent execution skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
* About the team
The Entertainment Brand Solutions team helps solve clients' brand and business challenges through storytelling-driven content formats, including in-show integrations, character-led narratives, tentpole solutions, on-ground activations and digital-social amplification.
The team partners closely with brands and sales teams to create high-impact, culturally relevant and scalable entertainment solutions that go beyond traditional FCT.
* Key Responsibilities
- Understand and decode brand briefs received from the Sales team and translate them into relevant creative integration ideas.
- Develop creative solutions and integration concepts across shows, characters, episodes, tasks, special events, movies and digital extensions.
- Create client-facing presentations and solution decks, including concepts, consumer propositions, integration journeys, visual references and execution details.
- Work closely with Sales to develop solutions, incorporate client feedback and take ideas through various stages of closure.
- Coordinate end-to-end execution of integrations, from ideation and internal feasibility to pre-production, shoot execution and post-production delivery, wherever applicable.
- Work closely with Programming and Production to understand show formats, identify opportunities and ensure proposed integrations are editorially and operationally feasible.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Creative, Legal and other internal teams to take concepts through approvals and execution.
- Support the execution of sponsor and partner deliverables across key entertainment properties, ensuring all committed integrations are delivered as per agreed timelines.
- Coordinate with agencies and clients for creative inputs, feedback, approvals and execution requirements.
- Manage multiple briefs and projects simultaneously, maintaining trackers, timelines, approvals and deliverables to ensure timely execution.
- Support the development of branded AVs, promos, digital assets and co-branded content in collaboration with relevant teams.
- Proactively identify integration opportunities within ongoing and upcoming shows based on episodes, formats, characters, tasks, storylines and cultural moments.
- Support Sales with show-led and category-led solutions that can be taken to clients and agencies.
- Be closely involved in on-ground execution, including shoots, rehearsals and live integrations wherever required, ensuring the final execution matches the approved concept and brand requirements.
- Maintain strong attention to detail across creative, branding, product placement, messaging and executional requirements.
- Document campaign learnings and execution outcomes and support post-campaign evaluation to improve future solutions

* Preferred Education & Experience
- Mass Communication / Advertising / Marketing / Media or related discipline.
- 3 - 8 years of experience in brand solution
