Edifecs Platform Operations Lead

The SW Systems Engineer Principal will act as the Edifecs Platform Manager leading the Edifecs application support organization, ensuring operational stability, scalability, compliance, and strategic alignment. This role provides technical oversight, manages staffing, drives roadmap execution, and partners with product, architecture, vendor, and business teams. This is a 100% Remote role.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Guide architecture decisions, modernization efforts, cloud scalability, and performance strategies.
Assist with the configuration and maintenance of XEServer, XEngine, TPM, SpecBuilder, and related modules.
Assist and guide EDI Analysts with build, deploy, and optimization of Edifecs processing rules, routing logic, and batch workflows.
Analyze and resolve mapping issues, validation failures, functional errors, and performance bottlenecks.
Manage system logging, JVM tuning, and certificate/keystore configurations.
Support release deployments, environment refreshes, patching, and upgrades.
Collaborate with EDI Analysts, DevSecOps Engineers, cloud teams, and business teams.
