Work Schedule:
60% FTE, 12 hour evening/night shift with rotating weekends and holidays. We offer a competitive starting pay, relevant work experience will be considered, this position also includes a shift/weekend differential. You will work at the East Madison Hospital located in Madison, WI.
Pay:
- Additional components of compensation include impressive shift differentials - $4/hour evening, $5/hour night and $4.25/hour weekend differential as applicable for hours worked

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) House Supervisor to:
- Use your knowledge of policies, procedures and practices of the state, university, hospital and Department of Nursing as they relate to the operations of the hospital and clinics.
- Bring your knowledge of staffing models and oversee staffing.
- Prioritize workload /assignments.
- Utilize your strong professional communication and collaboration skills to provide constructive feedback and resolve conflicts.

Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in nursing Required
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing Preferred
Work Experience
- 3 years of acute clinical nursing experience Required
- Previous experience in a formal leadership role (such as Care Team Leader, Nurse Supervisor or Nurse Manager) Preferred
- Adult and Pediatric experience Preferred
Licenses & Certifications
- Licensed RN in the State of Wisconsin Required
- CPR certification Required
- ACLS Preferred
- PALS Preferred
