Key Responsibilities
- Key Account Management-manage the sales targets, customer relationship and implement the growth plan per key account.
- Manage day-to-day customer requests regarding commercial and administrative matters , ensuring rapid response times, proactive follow-up, and a high level of customer care to maintain strong and sustainable business relationships.
- Ensure customer contracts, purchase orders, and commercial documentation are aligned with agreed terms.
- Drive customer satisfaction and retention through proactive issue resolution, while identifying and supporting new business and growth opportunities.
- Follow up OTIF performance, order status, and delivery reliability with mills.
- Support in customer meetings, tenders, quotations, negotiations, and commercial follow-up.
- Prepare and maintain price sheets, profitability reports, offers, dashboards, and KPI reporting.
- Manage and update the Demand & Sales Forecast (DSF) and support business planning activities.
- Follow up customer payments, invoice-related issues, and coordinate with Finance when required.
- Conduct market intelligence and competitor monitoring to support commercial strategy.
- Support CRM implementation (when it will be the right time) and maintain high-quality customer data
Profile
The ideal candidate combines strong industrial B2B sales experience with operational discipline and a hands‑on approach to managing key accounts and daily commercial activities.
- Proven industrial B2B sales background with experience managing and growing customer portfolios.
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to respond quickly and proactively to daily commercial and administrative requests.
- Commercial accuracy in handling contracts, purchase orders, pricing, and documentation.
- Operational reliability through disciplined follow‑up on OTIF, delivery performance, and coordination with mills.
- Analytical and structured with experience in forecasting, profitability analysis, dashboards, and KPIs.
- Market‑aware with the ability to monitor competitors and support commercial strategy.
- Comfortable in a matrix environment and able to collaborate effectively with production units and internal stakeholders.
- Data‑driven and ready to support CRM implementation and maintain high‑quality customer data.
- Fluent in English; any additional languages will be an asset.
- Willingness to travel across Europe.
