Credit and Collection Specialist with German(356371)

Your responsibilities

Liaise daily with customers by email/phone, ensuring payments received on a timely basis
Liaise with local Operations & our Finance shared service center to solve customer queries
Set up new customers and assess credit terms in relation with the Sales teams
Apply for credit limits to the credit insurers
Produce weekly customer aging reports and present to management
Verifying and controlling of bank guarantees

Our requirements

Excellent communication skills and a track record in building relationships as you will be liaising with both internal and external personnel at all levels
Ability to work independently and as part of a team (15 people)
Ability to multi-task and prioritize work effectively, to meet deadlines
Strong verbal and written communication skills in German (min. b2) & English
Proficient in using Microsoft Office tools – Excel proficiency + SAP is desirable
At least Bachelor’s degree (Finance or Economy would be an asset)
Openness for hybrid work (at least 2 days during the week from the office)

We are looking for a Credit Controller to join our team in Krakow or Dabrowa Górnicza, in charge of the German, Austrian and Swiss markets for our Long Products Division
