Electronics & Repair Technician | Surveying Technology
📍 Zoetermeer, Netherlands | Full-time
Are you hands-on with electronics and motivated by solving technical problems? Join Topcon and work with advanced surveying and precision-positioning equipment used in construction, geospatial, and infrastructure projects.
What you’ll do
- Diagnose, maintain, test, and repair surveying and positioning instruments.
- Identify faults, replace components, and complete quality checks.
- Keep repair records and technical systems accurate and up to date.
- Provide practical support to dealers, distributors, and colleagues.
What you bring
- An MBO or HBO qualification in electronics, mechatronics, electrical engineering, or a similar technical field.
- Hands-on experience in repair, maintenance, assembly, testing, or electronics; relevant internship experience is welcome.
- A structured troubleshooting mindset and confidence using tools and technical documentation.
- Good English is needed; Dutch is nice to have.
- Engineers and technicians with a background in Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related technical discipline are encouraged to apply. We welcome candidates at different career stages, including recent graduates and young professionals. Product-specific training will be provided, so we are looking for people with a strong technical foundation, curiosity, and a genuine willingness to learn and develop with us.”
What we offer
- €45,000–€50,000 gross per year, including 13th month and holiday allowance.
- Employer-paid pension, 30 days off, and €0.23/km travel allowance.
- Product training, development opportunities, and an international team.
- On-site presence required at Topcon Europe Positioning B.V. in Zoetermeer, the Netherlands.
