About The Role

As a Market Launcher Intern at Bounce, you’ll join our Sales Academy, a structured 5–6 month internship designed to give you the training, coaching, and hands-on experience you need to start your career in sales.

You’ll learn the fundamentals of sales from the ground up, with structured onboarding, training, and ongoing support from experienced sales leaders. As you progress through the program, you’ll gradually take on more ownership and responsibility across the full sales cycle.

You’ll learn how to identify opportunities, generate leads, build relationships with local businesses, run sales conversations, close deals, and manage your own pipeline.

By the end of the program, you’ll have the skills and experience to step into a Junior Sales role and continue developing your career in sales.

Duration: 5–6 months

Where you come in

Analyse local markets, identify underserved areas, and close supply gaps to grow Bounce’s network globally.
Cold call, email, and proactively reach out to prospective partners through multiple channels.
Work closely with your manager to identify opportunities and prioritise areas for expansion.
You’ll be supplied with leads every month, but you’ll also be expected to generate your own leads through market research and proactive outreach.
Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery to pitching, closing, account creation, and partner onboarding.
Track your performance, learn from your results, and continuously improve your sales approach.

Your profile

You don’t need to be an experienced salesperson. What matters most is your attitude, drive, and willingness to learn.

Fluent in English; any additional European language is a plus.
High-energy individual with a strong desire to learn and achieve great results.
Comfortable with a high volume of sales calls and approaching businesses you’ve never spoken to before.
Comfortable with rejection and hearing “no”.
Charismatic, positive, and confident in conversations, both over the phone and in person.
Excellent communication, analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
Strong work ethic and a desire to contribute directly to the company’s success.
Comfortable with face-to-face interaction and outside sales with local businesses.
Self-starter who can take ownership, manage their time, and work towards goals.
Genuine interest in Sales, Marketing, startups, and building things from the ground up.

Compensation & benefits

Compensation
- €900 per month
- Commission: €315 per month at 100% target achievement, with accelerators for overperformance and no commission cap.
