As a Key Account & Business Coordination Manager, you will lead the development and management of high-impact relationships across the JazzWorld ecosystem, serving as the primary link between JazzSure Insurance, GSM, JLV, and other strategic partners to unlock new business opportunities and expand insurance solutions across diverse customer segments.
This role transforms partnerships into sustainable commercial outcomes will collaborate with commercial, product, technology, finance, legal, compliance, and customer experience teams to deliver strategic initiatives, strengthen stakeholder engagement, and drive measurable business results across the organization.
Requirements
What you'll own
- Serve as the primary relationship owner for GSM, JLV, and other assigned JazzWorld entities and strategic corporate accounts.
- Own and manage strategic relationships with JazzWorld entities and key corporate accounts to drive business growth and long-term partnerships.
- Develop and execute account growth strategies focused on revenue generation, customer retention, and product adoption.
- Identify and commercialize opportunities to embed and scale insurance solutions across consumer, SME, and enterprise segments.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of partnership opportunities, converting initiatives into sustainable premium and revenue growth.
- Lead the end-to-end execution of strategic business initiatives, from concept and approvals to launch and performance tracking.

- New insurance solutions are successfully launched and scaled across JazzWorld channels and customer segments.

- Cross-functional initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic business objectives.
- Governance, compliance, and operational standards are consistently maintained across all partnership engagements.
- Leadership is empowered with timely, accurate, and actionable insights that support informed decision-making and business growth.
You may be a strong fit if you
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related discipline; MBA preferred.
- Bring 6-8 years of experience in Key Account Management, Corporate Sales, Business Development, Partnerships, or Relationship Management.
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing senior-level client, corporate, or strategic partner relationships.
- Exposure to embedded insurance, bancassurance, telco-insurance, digital partnerships, or bundled propositions will be a strong advantage.
- Strong understanding of insurance products, particularly consumer, group, and health insurance solutions.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint for business modeling, reporting, analytics, and executive presentations.
