Role Overview
We are looking for a senior Solution Architect who combines deep Payments and Banking expertise with strong consulting, client engagement, and business development capabilities. The individual will be expected to drive business growth through new logo acquisition, account farming, strategic consulting, and solution-led engagement while acting as a trusted advisor to clients.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the payment’s ecosystem and a proven track record of growing client relationships, identify opportunities, and influencing senior stakeholders.
Required Experience
Domain Expertise
- 12-15+ years of experience within Banking and Payments.
- Deep understanding of payment ecosystems, issuing, acquiring, switching, and payment transformation initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of industry trends, challenges, and regulatory changes.
Consulting & Client Engagement
- Demonstrated experience in consulting, advisory, or client-facing architecture roles.
- Ability to lead executive conversations and shape business outcomes.
- Experience working directly with global banking and payments clients.
Business Development
- Proven track record in:
- New Logo Acquisition
- Account Farming & Relationship Expansion
- Opportunity Identification
- Revenue Growth Initiatives
- Go-to-Market Strategy
Solution Architecture
- Experience designing enterprise-level business and technology solutions.
- Strong understanding of cloud, APIs, integration, modernization, and enterprise architecture principles.

Key Requirement
This role is intended for a market-facing growth leader who can combine payments-domain expertise with consulting, solution architecture, business development, and account expansion capabilities. Candidates with only delivery or implementation experience will not meet the expectations of this role.
