The National Acquisition Center (NAC), backed by AT&T, is looking for driven, results-oriented Sales Experts to join our high-energy, high-performing inbound sales team. In this role, you are the first voice a customer hears and the reason they say "YES!" You will prospect opportunities within every inbound call, guide customers through the full sales cycle, and close new and existing AT&T wireless and service accounts with confidence. Success here is measured in conversions, close and/or attainment rate, and consistently hitting your sales targets. Pay rate $23.00/hr.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Drive sales on every inbound call, converting customer inquiries into new accounts, activations, and upsell opportunities for both new and existing AT&T customers
- Meet and exceed close rate targets and all assigned monthly and quarterly sales goals
- Use consultative, discovery-based questioning to uncover customer needs and pitch tailored products, plans, and promotions that close the deal
- Identify and act on upsell and cross-sell opportunities on every call, growing revenue by moving existing customers into higher-value plans and add-on services
- Establish rapport quickly and create a positive, high-energy sales experience that earns the customer's business
- Assist customers with account setup, device activations, and service enrollment, turning every service touchpoint into a sales opportunity
- Educate customers on current promotions, limited time offers, and bundled plans to create urgency and drive closing
- Navigate and utilize multiple internal sales and reporting systems to document interactions, track activity, and process orders accurately
- Maintain accurate call records and sales activity logs in support of team reporting and performance management
- Work a varied full-time schedule (40 hours/week), including evenings, weekends, and holidays, being available when customers are ready to buy
- Maintain regular, reliable attendance and actively engage with coaching and performance feedback to continuously improve sales results
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in sales, inside sales, or a sales-focused call center environment strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales quotas and close rate targets
- Strong communication skills with a persuasive, confident phone presence
- Ability to multitask across multiple systems while keeping the customer engaged and moving toward a close
- Competitive, goal-oriented mindset with a genuine drive to win every call
- Naturally outgoing and energetic, someone who thrives in human interaction and enjoys the challenge of selling
- Comfortable working onsite in a fast-paced, metrics-driven sales environment
- Basic technical aptitude for navigating sales and reporting tools, digital sales platforms, and troubleshooting customer devices
