Overview

Microsoft’s WDS Creative, Advertising & Integrated Marketing team is looking for a Senior Creative Traffic Manager to serve as the operational backbone of a high-volume, fast-paced creative organization.

This role serves as the central point of coordination across producers, creatives, agency partners, and stakeholders, ensuring work is prioritized, staffed, scheduled, and delivered efficiently. The ideal candidate excels at balancing competing demands, forecasting resource needs, identifying bottlenecks before they impact delivery, and creating visibility across a complex portfolio of integrated marketing and creative projects.

This role is responsible for driving clarity, visibility, and execution across the creative portfolio by establishing and evolving the operating infrastructure that enables teams to plan, prioritize, resource, track, and deliver work efficiently at scale. The Senior Creative Traffic Manager creates the systems, processes, tools, and governance that help creative teams work more effectively while providing leadership with clear insight into priorities, capacity, risks, and delivery health.

Success in this role means teams have clear visibility into what is happening, who is assigned, where priorities stand, and where risks require attention. Work moves efficiently through the organization, resources are allocated effectively, and opportunities to improve workflows and increase throughput are consistently identified and implemented. This role spans resource management, workflow design, portfolio operations, and cross-functional orchestration. Its primary focus is ensuring the right work is assigned to the right people at the right time while continuously improving how the organization operates.
