Purpose of the Position

In this pivotal role, you will champion the execution of our oncology marketing strategies across Poland, turning innovative brand visions into meaningful local actions. As an inspiring people leader, you will guide and support a dedicated team of Brand Content Managers (BCMs), fostering a collaborative environment where diverse insights drive impactful customer engagement, launch readiness, and sustainable business growth.

Main Responsibilities

• Empower and Develop People: Lead, coach, and nurture a team of BCMs and junior BCMs, fostering their professional growth, setting clear priorities, and building team capabilities.
• Drive Marketing Execution: Translate oncology brand and indication strategies into impactful, compliant local activation plans and customer-facing tools.
• Optimize Customer Engagement: Design and refine insight-led, measurable engagement plans for key healthcare audiences to strengthen our market presence.
• Foster Key Partnerships: Collaborate with Medical and Sales leadership to map and build meaningful relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and Scientific Leaders (SLs).
• Lead Launch Readiness: Coordinate seamless launch preparations and in-market execution for assigned oncology indications.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner closely with Sales, Medical, Market Access, Policy, and Commercial Operations to ensure aligned messaging and seamless field execution.
• Measure and Improve: Track performance against key metrics, proactively identifying opportunities to optimize tactics based on field and customer insights.
• Uphold Compliance and Quality: Ensure all marketing activities and materials strictly adhere to internal governance, ethical standards, and local regulatory requirements.

Your Profile

• Specialty Pharma Experience: Proven experience in oncology marketing or a comparable specialty pharmaceutical environment.
• Inspiring Leadership: Demonstrated experience in leading, coaching, and developing team members, with a passion for helping others succeed.
• Strategic Execution: Ability to translate high-level strategies into actionable, high-quality field plans with agility and discipline.
• Collaborative Mindset: Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to build strong partnerships in a matrix organization.
• Relationship Builder: Experience in customer engagement planning and developing professional relationships with scientific and medical stakeholders.
• Analytical & Insight-Driven: Ability to interpret performance data and customer insights to make informed, pragmatic decisions.
• Effective Communicator: Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to align diverse stakeholders around shared goals.
