What will you be doing?
- Leading and supporting the Front Office Team during daily operations.
- Monitoring guest satisfaction and actively identifying opportunities to continuously improve the guest experience.
- Ensuring personalised recognition of returning guests and VIP guests.
- Encouraging the team to actively promote the Hilton Honors loyalty programme.
- Supporting and coaching Team Members in handling guest enquiries and complaints, always with a guest-focused and solution-oriented approach.
- Identifying and maximising commercial opportunities through cross-selling and upselling.
- Setting and monitoring objectives for the Front Office.
- Preparing and approving schedules and ensuring optimal staffing levels.
- Managing and monitoring the departmental budget, as well as the administrative and financial processes within the Front Office.
- Ensuring the team is well informed about hotel activities, events and relevant information about The Hague and the surrounding area.
- Maintaining strong cooperation and communication with all departments throughout the hotel.
- Attending management and operational meetings.
- Ensuring compliance with and actively promoting Hilton Brand Standards and Front Office procedures.
- Conducting job interviews and contributing to the selection of new Team Members.
- Ensuring an effective onboarding process for new Team Members.
- Coaching, training and developing the team while encouraging personal and professional growth.
