The beautiful Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki Beach is looking to add their next superstar Banquet Manager!

Located on 22 acres along Waikiki’s widest stretch of beach you will find the iconic Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki Beach Resort where our team members love being a part of our award-winning culture. The ideal candidate will possess the following:

At least two years of supervisor/manager experience in banquets, preferably within hotels settings

Proficient computer skills, with strong command of Microsoft Office Suite

In-depth knowledge of banquet operations and best practices

Experience working with and managing unionized teams is highly desirable

Strong leadership presence complemented by excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Demonstrated adaptability and problem-solving abilities in fast-paced, dynamic environments

Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to support business needs
