Join Our Team as an E-Commerce Sales Specialist – Drive Online Growth and Maximize Sales!

Are you passionate about digital sales, online marketing, and delivering an exceptional customer experience? We are looking for a talented E-Commerce Sales Specialist to join our E-commerce team within the broader Sales function. Key Responsibilities:

• • Monitor and optimize product listings on various e-commerce platforms to maximize visibility and sales.
  • Implement SEO strategies to improve product ranking and online presence.
  • Manage and execute online advertising campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals and maximizing ROI.
  • Analyze sales performance metrics, track key indicators, and prepare actionable reports.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to online purchases, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Provide recommendations for continuous improvement of product listings, advertising, and overall e-commerce strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless online operations and campaign execution.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in e-commerce and digital marketing.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and identify trends.
• Proven experience managing product listings, SEO, and online advertising on major e-commerce platforms.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, especially in handling customer inquiries and issues.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement and process optimization.
• Ability to work independently as a senior individual contributor, handling complex and specialized tasks with minimal supervision.

Ideal Experience

• Significant experience in e-commerce sales, digital marketing, or a related field.
• Hands-on expertise in managing online stores and executing digital advertising campaigns.
• Familiarity with tools and analytics platforms for tracking e-commerce performance.
• Demonstrated success in driving sales and improving online visibility through SEO and advertising.
• Experience in a senior business support or specialized support role within a fast-paced environment.
