Job Description Summary
Manufacturing Engineer （Probe Manufacturing）超音波診断装置に使用されるプローブ製品の製造工程において、検査・試験プロセスの構築、改善、および製品の品質向上を担っていただきます。
本ポジションは、一般的な生産設備の保全や量産管理ではなく、検査システムや試験設備を中心とした製品の製造プロセスの改善を推進する役割です。
新製品導入時には国内を含むグローバル設計チームと連携しながら製造プロセスを構築し、量産開始後はプロセスオーナーとして品質・生産性向上を推進していただきます。
また、中国や欧州を含む海外チームとの協働機会も多く、グローバル環境で活躍いただけるポジションです。

Job Description
主な業務内容
製品品質、検査・試験プロセスの改善
- 超音波プローブ製造における検査プロセス、試験プロセスの改善
- 製品品質課題の分析および原因究明と改善
- 生産性向上のための工程改善活動
- データ分析を活用した継続的改善の推進
設備導入・設備改善
- 検査設備、試験設備の導入および立上げ
- 既存設備の改善および最適化
- 設備トラブルや品質課題への対応
- 製造工程における自動化・効率化推進
新製品導入（NPI）
- 国内及びグローバル設計チームと連携した新製品立上げ
- 製造工程・検査工程の構築
- 製品移管および量産化支援
- 工程リスク評価および改善活動
QMS・文書作成
- 作業手順書、技術文書の作成
- QMSに基づく文書管理
- Validation、変更管理など品質関連業務のサポート
- 関連法規・規制要求事項への対応
必須要件
- 電気・電子系を中心とした工学系バックグラウンドをお持ちの方
- 日本語で円滑なコミュニケーションができる方
- 英語でのコミュニケーション経験、または英語を学びながら業務に取り組む意欲のある方
- 問題解決や改善活動に主体的に取り組める方

- 統計手法を用いたデータ分析経験
- 生産技術または設備導入経験
- 検査設備、試験設備、計測機器に関する知識・経験
- 技術レポートや作業手順書作成経験
- グローバル環境での業務経験
