As a Product Sales Specialist Belux – Image Guided Systems, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and market share for GE Precision Healthcare’s Image Guided Systems solutions across the Belux market (Belgium and Luxembourg). You will develop and execute sales strategies, manage customer relationships, and contribute to the achievement of commercial objectives.Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of GE Precision Healthcare’s Image Guided Systems products, their clinical applications, and competitive positioning.
- Identify and qualify business opportunities with existing and prospective customers across hospitals, clinics, and imaging centers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clinical and administrative decision-makers.
- Effectively communicate the clinical and economic value of GE Precision Healthcare solutions to customers.
- Develop tailored commercial proposals and negotiate contracts to achieve sales and profitability targets.
- Work closely with marketing, technical, and customer support teams to ensure optimal customer satisfaction.
- Conduct active competitive intelligence and market analysis to identify emerging trends and new business opportunities.
- Participate in congresses, trade shows, and customer events to promote GE Precision Healthcare products and brand.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular reports on commercial activities.
- Comply with company policies and procedures, including ethics and compliance requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Business, or a related field. A postgraduate degree is a plus.
- At least 3–5 years of proven experience in medical device sales, ideally in medical imaging or image-guided systems.
- Strong knowledge of the Belgian and Luxembourg healthcare markets, including purchasing structures and decision-making processes.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage a sales territory.
- Fluency in Dutch, English, and French, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency with IT tools, including MS Office and CRM systems.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently throughout the Belux region.
