WSP is looking for a legal technician to join its Global Corporate Services Team. This position will be based out of Manila, Philippines. Reporting to the Manila-based Paralegal, Global Corporate Services, you will provide support primarily with respect to Diligent Entities administration, corporate requests, and governance matters, including global corporate projects. You will be joining a sophisticated and results-oriented team that is part of a dynamic and challenging work environment.
