How you will make an impact:
- Serves as the main point of contact within the Transcatheter Heart Valve (THV) business unit for assigned territory and/or customer base while acquiring understanding of cardiovascular anatomy, pathology and physiology relevant to EW medical products as it relates to the business
- Builds and manages strong, long-lasting relationships with customers and other influencers, expands network in assigned region to push Edwards positioning in the market utilizing creativity and influencing skills with new or existing customers on buying decisions using tact and diplomacy
- Develops and closes new business opportunities, and identifies areas of improvement to meet sales targets while developing and executing annual plan to achieve region objectives
• Provide expert level education on all aspects of Transcatheter therapy within the portfolio device handling, integration and troubleshooting techniques related to software, tools and products required for clinical use including but not limited to intraoperative case coverage and coordinating one-on-one ad hoc training sessions and in-service structured education programs in the OR.
- Educate and train physicians, hospital personnel and hospital staff on technical matters related to investigational products and procedures through conducting and/or coordinating one-on-one ad hoc training sessions and in-service structured education programs.
- Throughout commercial procedures, provide physicians and medical staff with required follow-up support to ensure continuity of education and technical support related to all aspects of clinical research.
- Responsible for upselling in key strategic accounts working in conjunction with Business Managers.
- Other duties as assigned by Leadership.
What you will need (Required):
•Bachelor's Degree in related field
•5+ years’ experience of sales experience required
•Clinical support/in servicing experience preferred
•Cardiovascular/cardiac knowledge preferred
•Medical device industry experience

- Full understanding of hemodynamic monitoring and/or cardiovascular anatomy, pathology and physiology relevant to EW medical products as it relates to the business
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment
- Strict attention to detail
- Understands customer needs, feedback and objections and explains products to influence customer perception of value
- Utilizes creativity and influencing skills with new or existing customers on buying decisions using tact and diplomacy
- Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control
