One of our brands, Paroc, manufactures and provides insulation material that help consumers and industries reducing their energy consumption.
We are looking for a Sales Manager who will find passion in insulation technology to join our Insulation team. The Sales Manager is partnering closely with the Baltics sales team to execute the Insulation strategy to achieve revenue and profit targets. This role will have the accountability of the sales results in Estonia.
What does success look like?
- Building confidential relationships with customers and key stakeholders and gaining understanding on customer needs
- Providing consultative service and serving as a key point of contact for architects, contractors and key customers
- Proactively identifying and qualifying new business opportunities at early stages of project development
- Implementing sales plans also with focus on long-term pipeline growth to achieve sales targets
- Monitoring and analyzing industry trends and competition
- Building strong partnerships with our commercial teams in the Baltics and in Europe
- Continuing to contribute to our strong cooperation with strategic marketing
- Developing commercial cleverness
- Fostering an inclusive and diverse environment within the organization
Skills and capabilities necessary to succeed
- Experience in b-2-b sales, preferably within the construction or building service industry.
- Curious about our customer needs and able to translate these in our value proposition and pricing guidelines
- Ability to read and discuss technical and architectural drawings with engineers and prescribers, especially related to ventilated facades and roofs.
- Experience and working knowledge with AutoCAD or similar CAD software would be an advantage.
- Understanding local building codes and law standards, especially energy efficiency, roofs or facades would be an advantage
- Pipeline management expertise, including forecasting, prioritization and opportunity tracking.
- Strong influencing skills with a track record of building, negotiating and closing deals
- Disciplined and systematic use of CRM as an integral part of daily sales work
- Proven experience and network in Estonian building market
- A continuous improvement mindset to increase efficiency in our processes

- Conducting yourself with the highest ethical and moral standards
Our expectations from you
- Bachelor level degree preferably from engineering or sales/marketing
- 5+ years of technical sales experience ideally within the building or construction industry.
- Strong background in value based and consultive selling.
- Proven experience in managing long sales cycles and complex project-based sales.
- Fluent in Estonian and English
- Willing to travel domestically
