As an Integrated Beverage Solutions Expert in Naarden, you will create innovative juice-based compounds for leading beverage brands across Europe, developing solutions that combine technical knowledge with consumer appeal.
Directly reporting to our Technical Manager for Regional Innovation Beverages, you will work with Innovation, Application, Creation, Procurement, and Operations colleagues to bring new beverage concepts to market!

You will collaborate with beverage customers to develop solutions, overcome formulation challenges, support industrial trials, and help transform concepts into stand-out beverages.
Your main responsibilities will be:
Develop and improve juice-based compounds to meet commercial, technical, and regulatory requirements. You will evaluate product performance and stability, and support the scale-up of solutions from laboratory development to industrial production.
Select and incorporating flavours into integrated beverage solutions. You will partner with flavourists to develop flavour systems for juice-based applications and identify suitable flavour delivery technologies.
Create beverage application recipes, customer concepts, and demonstration prototypes that showcase our capabilities and innovation pipeline.
Be a real technical partner to customers, guiding projects from concept through implementation. You will optimize formulations, support production trials, and help ensure successful project outcomes.
Contributing to regional and global innovation initiatives, provide technical training, and collaborate with expert communities across Givaudan.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized laboratory environment and support compliance with all safety standards and procedures.
What you'll bring
If you enjoy sharing ideas and working with passionate colleagues, you're the one we are looking for! Your professional profile includes:
Bachelor or Master's degree in Food Technology, Food Science or equivalent
7+ years of relevant working experience in the food industry
Experience as Juice-based compound Developer or Emulsion Developer or Beverages Application technologist with expertise in integrated beverage solutions
Good knowledge and understanding of both product recipes and main processes of beverage manufacturers
Practical experience in food manufacturing and flavour applications
Well-developed olfactory and sensory skills
Fluent English level
Willingness to travel within Europe to support customers and projects
