Every invoice you process helps create seamless customer experience.
Based in Depok, Indonesia, you will support the Customer Care and invoicing activities by ensuring accurate invoice submission, tax invoice processing, and customer documentation management. Working with Customer Care, Finance, and other internal stakeholders, you will help maintain efficient invoicing processes and support customer satisfaction. Report to the Assistant Manager CCFO, you will help ensure business continuity.
Your role includes:
- Process and submit invoices through customer-required channels and platforms, ensuring and accurate delivery of both hard-copy and soft-copy documents
- Create tax invoice administration, including uploading and processing tax invoice data through designated platforms
- Monitor invoice delivery status, and following up to ensure customers receive all required documentation
- Maintain accurate invoice records, and filing systems to support compliance and audit requirements
- Coordinate with Customer Care and cross-functional teams to resolve invoice-related inquiries and documentation issues
- Prepare reports and provide administrative support to ensure efficient invoice operations and continuous process improvement

Your professional profile includes:
- Diploma (D3) or bachelor's degree in accounting, Tax, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1+ years of experience in administrative support, finance operations, invoicing, or tax invoice.
- Fluent in English
- Familiarity with SAP or similar enterprise systems is preferred
- Experienced in managing multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
