Title Reservations Manager
Scope of Work As Reservations Manager, I will fully comprehend the vision of Six Senses to help people reconnect with themselves, others and the world around them and our values of local sensitivity and global sensibility, crafted experiences, emotional hospitality, responsible and caring, fun and quirky and pioneering wellness.

Duties and Responsibilities
As Reservations Manager, I will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation of the Reservations Department, ensuring exceptional service delivery, revenue optimization, and adherence to brand standards and operational procedures.
The duties and responsibilities include:
- Continually focus on revenue generation and business growth opportunities for the hotel, spa, and Six Senses Tel Aviv.
- Manage inventory availability, pricing, and daily rate fluctuations in coordination with the Director of Revenue and communicate selling guidelines to the Reservations team.
- Collaborate with the Director of Revenue and Director of Sales & Marketing to develop and implement pricing strategies that maximize revenue and support the long-term growth of all market segments.
- Ensure the accurate processing of reservations, amendments, cancellations, and advance deposits.
- Monitor future room availability and occupancy patterns to maximize inventory utilization and revenue opportunities.
- Review all reservations daily to ensure complete and accurate guest profiles, reservation details, and rate, market, and source code allocations.
- Monitor cancellations, no-shows, room blocks, group reservations, and allotments, ensuring appropriate follow-up actions are taken.
- Ensure compliance with all legal, financial, operational, security, safety, and brand requirements relating to the reservations function.
- Prepare and analyze reservations and revenue-related reports, identifying trends and recommending actions to improve business performance.
- Maintain effective collaboration with Revenue Management, Sales & Marketing, Front Office, Guest Experience Maker (GEM), and other operational departments to ensure seamless guest journeys and commercial success.
- Lead, motivate, train, and develop the Reservations team, ensuring high levels of performance, engagement, and service excellence.
- Work closely with the GEM team to establish and support shared guest experience objectives, ensuring guest preferences and expectations are accurately captured and communicated.
- Manage and optimize online distribution channels and booking platforms to ensure rate integrity, availability accuracy, and maximum revenue capture.
Qualifications
To execute the position of Reservations Manager, I must possess the required qualifications, technical skills, and experience to perform the role successfully, including:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of one year of experience as a Reservations Manager in a luxury hotel environment, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. Three or more years of experience in a similar role preferred.
- Proven ability to manage reservations operations, optimize revenue opportunities, and lead a high-performing team.
- Strong knowledge of hotel reservation systems, distribution channels, revenue management principles, and forecasting practices.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in both Hebrew and English, spoken and written; additional language proficiency is an advantage.
- Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional guest service and upholding luxury hospitality standards.
