What we need from you
Excellent communication and strong interpersonal strong skills
Business language and tools acumen
Certificate of Professional Competence in Basic Floor and Accommodation Operations (HOTA 0108) or equivalent experience demonstrating the knowledge required for the role.
3+ years total experience in a luxury hotels enviroment
Direct supervisory experience over a Housekeeping team, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
Must speak local language- Spanish and English in a high level is a MUST
Position may have additional qualifications per brand standard
- Knowledge and experience in the laundry/linen department would be an advantage.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Strong focus on luxury and ultra-luxury customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
- Experience with OPERA/OPERA Cloud + HUB or similar operating systems would be an advantage
Willingness to work rotating shifts, Monday to Sunday, excluding days off
