Director, Operations – Multi-Site, Europe & META Position SummaryThe Director, Operations – Multi-Site, Europe & META is responsible for leading operational execution and delivery excellence for the Multi-Site business across Europe and META. Reporting to the Global General Manager, Multi-Site, this role translates business strategy and growth priorities into consistent, scalable operational execution across a complex, multi-country environment.
The Director will establish the regional operating rhythm, execution discipline, and performance management framework required to deliver profitable growth, exceptional customer outcomes, and predictable project and service performance. The role partners closely with Sales, Project and Service Operations, Engineering, Customer Success, Finance, Offering Management, and regional business leadership to ensure the organization has the capacity, capabilities, processes, and accountability required to execute for large, complex, multi-site customers.
This leader will be responsible for driving operational transformation through disciplined execution, accountability, continuous improvement, and business process excellence while enabling sustainable and profitable growth across the region.
