What are your contributions to the team?
- You will support HRBP
- You will follow up on assigned client requirements.
- You will develop events and work sessions.
- You will follow up on a customer engagement plan.
- You will collaborate with focus group sessions.
- You will generate designs for communication/notices/reminders
- You will run team diagnostics
- You will carry out 360° Evaluations
- You will generate presentations.
- You will execute Voluntary Resignations Process
How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge & experience:
- You are currently studying a bachelor degree in Psychology, Organizational psychology, Administration or similar.
- You are interested in developing in the area of Human Resources
- You have an advanced proficiency level of English
- You have knowledge of office software
- You have schedule availability
- You have the following Competencies: confidentiality, emotional intelligence, follow-up and attention to detail, flexibility.
