What are your contributions to the team?
- Plan, execute and control major investment projects for the St-Laurent Manufacturing Center.
- Manage costs and schedule so that your projects are delivered to the complete satisfaction of your customers.
- Establish and understand the needs and priorities of your internal customers.
- Maintain clear and effective communication at different hierarchical levels in the Organization.
- Identify and mitigate risks proactively.
- Coordinate the various resources involved in the development and execution of projects.
- Enforce internal safety rules on your sites.
- Solve various technical issues using a sustainable approach.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of team processes.
How to thrive in this role?
- You have a degree in engineering (mechanical, civil, construction) and / or technical.
- You have five to ten years of experience in managing large-scale projects in the manufacturing sector.
- You are organized, recognized for your leadership and have demonstrated the ability to mobilize various teams.
- You adopt best practices in project management.
- You are able to work under pressure and meet your commitments.
- You are bilingual and demonstrate communication skills, both oral and written.
- You demonstrate negotiation skills as well as problem analysis and resolution.
- You have initiative, concern for a job well done and customer satisfaction is your priority.
