• Drive hardware build planning and execution across multiple boards and subsystems simultaneously.
• Partner with Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Validation, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Operations, and external suppliers to resolve issues and maintain schedules.
• Track engineering changes, material shortages, build risks, and dependency blockers.
• Monitor build status, integration readiness, bring-up activities, validation progress, and issue closure.
• Maintain program dashboards, action item trackers, risk registers, and executive status reporting.
• Coordinate supplier and manufacturing partner activities to ensure material and build readiness.
• Facilitate regular cross-functional meetings and drive accountability for deliverables and action items.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in hardware program management, project coordination, NPI operations, or manufacturing operations.
• Experience supporting PCBA-based products, server platforms, test systems, or hardware infrastructure programs.
• Strong understanding of BOM structures, hardware part numbering systems, material planning, and engineering change processes.
• Experience managing multiple board builds and system integration activities concurrently.
• Ability to interpret and track hardware assemblies, PCBAs, mechanical components, cables, and subsystem dependencies.
• Proficiency with project management tools, spreadsheets, and issue tracking systems.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience supporting tester, fixture, validation, manufacturing, or datacenter hardware programs.
• Familiarity with hardware part numbering and BOM structures (e.g., board assemblies, system assemblies, manufacturing BOMs, and engineering BOMs).
