Fund Accounting Manager | Pune
Location: Pune
Work Model: 4 days office / 1 day WFH
Experience: 8-10 years overall, with 5+ years in Private Equity /Real estate/ Private Credit/ Alternative Investments
Qualification: CA / CMA / CPA / ACCA or Master’s in Finance/Accounting/Business
UK Shift : starts at 12 pm
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Fund Accounting and Financial/Investor Reporting for Private/Alternative Investment Funds.
- Oversee monthly/quarterly reporting, financial statements and annual audits.
- Review NAV/fund reporting, bank reconciliations, invoices, payments and management fees.
- Support capital calls, distributions, ILPA reporting, cash/liquidity management and bridge facilities.
- Review investment valuations, performance fee calculations, fund structures, LPAs and side-letter requirements.
- Manage and monitor Fund Administrators, including SLA/KPI performance and reporting quality.
- Handle AUM/FUM and other Group Finance reporting requirements.
- Lead process improvements, controls, operational-risk initiatives and transformation activities within the India COE.
- Manage and develop a team of Fund Accountants while coordinating with Fund Controllers, Strategy Accounting Leads, auditors and other global stakeholders.
