Job Description

Job Summary

The F5 Load Balancer Engineer will be responsible for daily administration, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of F5 BIG-IP infrastructure supporting business-critical applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage F5 LTM, GTM/DNS, and SSL certificate lifecycle.
  • Configure and maintain VIPs, Pools, Nodes, Profiles, and Persistence settings.
  • Monitor device health, synchronization, CPU, memory, and traffic utilization.
  • Support application onboarding and load balancing requirements.
  • Troubleshoot application accessibility and performance issues.
  • Perform scheduled maintenance, backups, upgrades, and health checks.
  • Collaborate with application, server, and network teams.
  • Support incident, request, and change management activities.

Required Skills

  • 4–7 years of experience in F5 administration.
  • Hands-on experience with F5 BIG-IP LTM.
  • Good understanding of DNS, TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, and SSL.
  • Experience handling production incidents and changes.
  • Knowledge of GTM, ASM/WAF, and iRules preferred.

Location : This role is based in Tulsa Oklahoma (4 days onsite, 1 day remote per week)

Daily Schedule: 7am to 5pm

Mandatory Skills: F5 Load Balancers . Experience: 3-5 Years .The expected compensation for this role ranges from $45,000 to $110,000 . Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience.
